Family Keepers’ Statement of Faith

國際真愛家庭協會信仰宣言

​

​

 

1.  We believe the Bible to be the inspired, only infallible, authoritative Word of God.

       “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness.” 2 Timothy 3:16

 

     我們相信聖經是聖靈啟示、惟一沒有謬誤、可以信靠的上帝的話。

    「聖經都是上帝所默示的，於教訓、督責、使人歸正、教導人學義都是有益的。」（提摩太後書3:16）

 

2.  We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

      “As soon as Jesus was baptized, he went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and

        alighting on him. And a voice from heaven said, ‘This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased.’”Matthew 3:16-17

      “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” Matthew 28:19

 

                我們相信獨一上帝，以父、子、聖靈三位一體永遠存在。

               「耶穌受了洗，隨即從水裡上來。天忽然為祂開了，祂就看見上帝的靈彷彿鴿子降下，落在祂身上。從天上有聲音說：『這是我的愛子，我所喜悅的。』」（馬太福音3:16-17）

               「所以，你們要去，使萬民作我的門徒，奉父、子、聖靈的名給他們施洗。」（馬太福音28:19）

 

3.  We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood,

      in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father and in His personal return in power and glory.

      “Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing,taking the very nature of a servant,

        being made in human likeness.” Philippians 2:6-7

 

      我們相信主耶穌基督的神性，由童女所生，一生無罪，並祂所行的神蹟；我們相信藉著所流的血祂代替我們受死，使我們得到救贖；我們相信祂身體復活、升天，

      至父神右邊；我們相信祂將親自在權能與榮耀中再臨。

                「祂本有上帝的形像，不以自己與上帝同等為強奪的；反倒虛己，取了奴僕的形像，成為人的樣式。」（腓立比書2:6-7）

 

4.  We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful humanity, regeneration by the Holy Spirit through faith in Jesus Christ is absolutely essential.

      “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!” 2 Corinthians 5:17

      “For through him we both have access to the Father by one Spirit.” Ephesians 2:18

 

     我們相信惟有信靠耶穌基督，失喪、犯罪的人類才能得救贖，且藉由聖靈得以重生。

               「若有人在基督裡，他就是新造的人，舊事已過，都變成新的了。」（哥林多後書5:17）

               「因為我們兩下藉著祂被一個聖靈所感，得以進到父面前。」（以弗所書2:18）

 

  5.  We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

       “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.”

        Galatians 5:22-23

 

     我們相信因聖靈內住，在基督徒身上的工作，使我們能過敬虔的生活。

   「聖靈所結的果子，就是仁愛、喜樂、和平、忍耐、恩慈、良善、信實、溫柔、節制。這樣的事沒有法律禁止。」（加拉太書5:22-23）

 

  6.  We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

     “I will remain in the world no longer, but they are still in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, protect them by the power of your name--

       the name you gave me--so that they may be one as we are one.” John 17:11

 

     我們相信在主耶穌基督裡信徒靈裡的合一。

    「從今以後，我不在世上，他們卻在世上；我往祢那裡去。聖父啊，求祢因祢賜的名保守他們，叫他們合而為一像我們一樣。」（約翰福音17:11）

 

7.  We believe that human life is created by God in His image. Christians are therefore called to defend, protect, and value all human life.

     “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.” Genesis 1:27

     “For You created my inmost being; You knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” Psalm 139:13-14a

 

     我們相信上帝按祂的形像創造人的生命。因此基督徒受召捍衛、保護，且尊重所有人的生命。

   「上帝就照著自己的形像造人，乃是照著祂的形像造男造女。」（創世記1:27）

   「我的肺腑是祢所造的；我在母腹中，祢已覆庇我。我要稱謝祢，因我受造，奇妙可畏。」（詩篇139:13-14a）

 

8.  We believe that God created humans in His image, intentionally and immutably male and female, each bringing unique and complementary qualities

      to sexuality and relationships. Sexuality is a glorious gift from God to be offered back to Him either in marriage for procreation, union, and mutual

      delight or in celibacy for undivided devotion to Christ.

     “Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God – this is your spiritual act of worship.

      Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what

      God's will is – His good, pleasing and perfect will.” Romans 12:1-2

 

      我們相信上帝按祂的形像，無可改變、有計畫地造男造女，各人在性別與人際關係中，帶出獨特、互補的內質。性親密是上帝所賜榮耀的禮物，也要藉由婚姻內的生育、

       聯合、互相取悅，或專心事奉基督的守身，奉獻予上帝。

    「所以，弟兄們，我以上帝的慈悲勸你們，將身體獻上，當作活祭，是聖潔的，是上帝所喜悅的；你們如此事奉是理所當然的。不要效法這個世界，只要心意更新而變化，

       叫你們察驗何為上帝善良、純全、可喜悅的旨意。」（羅馬書12:1-2）

 

9.  We believe that marriage is designed, instituted and intended by God to be a thriving, lifelong relationship between a man and a woman. Therefore,

      Christians are called to defend and protect God's marriage design and to minister in Christ's name to those who suffer the consequences of its brokenness.

     “Haven’t you read,’ He replied, ‘that at the beginning the Creator made them ‘male and female,’ and said, ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother

      and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh’? So they are no longer two, but one. Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate. ”

      Matthew 19:4-6

 

      我們相信婚姻是上帝為一男一女所設計、建立、能持續至一生一世的關係。因此，基督徒蒙召捍衛、保護上帝對婚姻的計畫，並靠耶穌之名服事那些受破碎關係之苦的人。

     「耶穌回答說：『那起初造人的，是造男造女，並且說：「因此，人要離開父母，與妻子連合，二人成為一體。」這經你們沒有念過嗎？既然如此，夫妻不再是兩個人，

        乃是一體的了。所以上帝所配合的，人不可分開。』」（馬太福音19:4-6）

 

10.  We believe that children are a heritage from God and a blessing from His hand. Parents are therefore accountable to Him for raising, shaping and

         preparing them for a life of service to His Kingdom and to humanity.

        “Has not the Lord made them [a husband and wife] one? In flesh and spirit they are His. And why one? Because He was seeking godly offspring.” Malachi 2:15

 

        我們相信兒女是從上帝而來的產業，是祂手所賜的福。所以父母要對上帝負養育、塑造、裝備兒女的責任，為了讓他們過一個服事上帝國度與人類的人生。

       「雖然上帝有靈的餘力能造多人，祂不是單造一人嗎？為何只造一人呢？乃是祂願人得虔誠的後裔。所以當謹守你們的心，誰也不可以詭詐待幼年所娶的妻。」

      （瑪拉基書2:15）

 

11.  We believe that God has ordained the social institutions of family, church, and government for the benefit of mankind and as a reflection of His divine nature. 

         Therefore, Christians are called to support these institutions, according to God's design and purpose, and to protect them against destructive social influences.

        “For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh.”Genesis 2:24

        “And God placed all things under His feet and appointed Him to be head over everything for the church, which is His body.” Ephesians 1:22-23a

        “Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established.

          The authorities that exist have been established by God.” Romans 13:1

 

         我們相信上帝設立社會結構中的家庭、教會、政府，是為了人的益處，也是為了反映祂神聖的屬性。既是如此，基督徒受召，按上帝的計畫與目的支持這些機制，

          並抗拒有破壞性的社會影響力。

       「因此，人要離開父母，與妻子連合，二人成為一體。」（創世記2:24）

       「又將萬有服在祂的腳下，使祂為教會作萬有之首。教會是祂的身體。」（以弗所書1:22-23a）

       「在上有權柄的，人人當順服祂，因為沒有權柄不是出於上帝的。凡掌權的都是上帝所命的。」（羅馬書13:1）

 

12.  We believe that the ultimate purpose of life is to know and glorify God and to attain eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord, beginning within our own

         families and then reaching out to a suffering humanity that needs to embrace His love and sacrifice.

        “He said to them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation.’” Mark 16:15

 

           我們相信生命的最終目的是為了認識上帝、榮耀上帝，並藉著我們的主耶穌基督，得到永生。且從關愛我們自己的家庭開始，進而向外擁抱身處苦難中、亟需連结於

           主耶穌基督犧牲之愛的世人。

          「祂又對他們說：『你們往普天下去，傳福音給萬民聽。』」（馬可福音16:15）
